Self-Harm:Referal?? x?

Okay so about a week ago, I went to the doctors about my self harm and he asked me a few question and referred me to this place called rivermead. I gave the doctor my mobile number. Today my science teacher mr smith said that he was going to try and follow it up and get some info about it. I was wondering how long it ussually take to get a call about this referral thing? xx thanks (:
