How does a 16 year old FTM get prescribed testosterone?

Okay I've done loads of research, i know that you have to get a referral from your GP to a GIC clinic once your referred there is a VERY long waiting list. Also i know that you have to have at least two? maybe more consultations, I'm just trying to gather up as much info so i know what to expect i know 100% that this is what i want, just not sure what happens after and how long it would take as i would love to start taking testosterone as soon as possible. two other things i know that i would need parental consent two take testosterone due to my age and if anyone knows what charring cross GIC is like can you let me know, as i think thats the only one near the south east area. thank you! :) sorry if this isn't in the right category!
