Depression help please help?

currently i am 47 years old and i am addicted to gamebattles. i love to soak up xp and i love to get my gb rank really good. my gb rank was 452 until i got banned for ever. i am so depressed and i stopped eating. i just can think back to the good ol days just eating little randoms xp but now its over. i am very depressed please help
